No explanation necessary right? All I have to say is OMFG this was AMAZING. French bread is probably one of my fave breads. I love the crusty crunchiness of it. The french bread I baked was the perfect combination of crunchy crust and tender innards. MMM fresh out of the oven it was one of the best things I have tasted in a while. I gobbled one straight up as a "taste test" (slathered with my homemade pesto). The remaining loaves I saved to make lunch for myself and my parents-- PANINIS! :]
